I recently took my family to this venue for a birthday celebration, and it was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend. As someone who is 6 feet tall and over 200 pounds, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the karts. Experiencing the thrill of drifting and powersliding around the turns was exhilarating! My teenagers had a blast as well, and are eager to go back. The customer service was great — we walked in and were racing within minutes. I did a lap and found the driving lines and was putting the track together and trying to warm up the tires. As I ran into some traffic I was able to take the racing line as a kid went wide. He turned down last second running into me then he crashed into the wall. There were 6 adults in this race and this one kid maybe 12 or 13 (which I thought was a little bizarre). He ended up being okay and I felt bad that there was an incident (I talked to the kid after the race and apologized about being aggressive to get around him). The employee came over to me and told me I needed to slow down during the race. The place is called redline racing. It's a closed track meant for racing and fast lap times. I paid for 2 races so I could see my lap times race 1, then go out for race 2 and see if I could improve on them and see where I would rank against other fast racers. I had been picking different race lines to see what was working and not working and also getting around lapped traffic. I will unfortunately never come here again as I cannot wrap my head around the idea of being told I need to drive slower. I do give them 1 star though for refunding my second race because I told him if I'm not allowed to drive the kart at my pace. I don't want to be here anymore. A different way this could have been handled was to offer increased flagging help when a faster driver is navigating through lapped traffic, and on my end I could have been asked to be more patient as I navigate through lapped traffic. But to be told to drive slower is a lot to ask a guy after he paid $100 to "race a go kart". Less

Lastly, bang for buck, I would put this at the top of my list. They have a variety of pricing options, the amount of laps you get per session feels above average, and for me the option of a pro league competitive series is the icing on the cake! This place is a joke, took our 10 year old nephew to race go karts for his birthday he met the height requirement but since he was a little short he had to race by him self and we could race with him since it wasn’t a “family” day. Website says 48” for kids. Don’t take your kid if they are right at 48”. Despite my son being a little over 48”, they said he couldn’t ride because his legs were straight when he pressed the pedals. The staff made a fun experience with their enthusiasm and genuine envolvement. Safety was priority and very appreciated. They also require visors to be down during the race. I had mine up and received several warnings but the helmets fog up and you can't see anything out of them which to me is more unsafe. They cram too many people in each race, and the tracks aren't wide enough to pass slow drivers. They change the speed of the karts remotely and it was very frustrating going so slow. A side note, I don't understand why they do this but they spray the track with water on the corners and it makes it dangerous to drive through because you slip and slide going through the corner. They put 2 minors on an adult race without telling the adult racers. I had anpanuc attack after the 7 yr crashed into me on the racetrack. They did not tell a single person they were adding extra people on the track. This company does not value your safety. No matter if your a kid or an adult.... More

He should have been stopped and removed from the heat and done his own. Both heats he was aggressive and ruined the fun for our entire group of 8. We Just were told “he drives professionally” they need to think twice about mixing someone who is “professional” in with a family where he can cause harm. Especially with how the track is set up it’s not good for passing at all, which is a recipe for disaster to begin with.
