John is an exceptional mechanic. Listens to what you want done and follows it to a "T". John's customer service and communication is with out measure. Thank you John. I'll be back each time we visit family in Illinois to have you get our car road ready for the drive back to Arizona. I highly recommend Costa Oil. And if you visit the Mt Prospect location ask for John. Thank you

Jon (manager) is exceptional and very thorough, full transparency I went to this location because I had an issue with another one in a different part of the state and upon reaching out to the company they were quick and professional to address my complaint and resolve any issues. Since I had traveled north after the first service this was the closest location both the customer service and Jon the location manager here did an excellent job satisfying any and all issues to assure a quality experience!!
