So, all the new available software options are awesome, but they can be daunting and terribly difficult to implement and execute to be able to take advantage of them. I am basically a one man shop and while a software option could benefit me, I just do not have the time or bandwidth to set it up. Thankfully with CallBack, I don't have to. Kyle has been amazing, he has sat down with me a couple of times to discuss my expectations and concerns and he did the rest. I have not fully implemented the system yet, but with the customer service I have already received I have absolutely zero anxiety going forward. Implementing this is like getting 2 new employees for almost free. I have the amazing and frankly mind blowing benefits of the software and Kyle Buxton to implement and take care of it. Customer service in this day and age has unfortunately gone by the wayside. Its refreshing to see that someone still values and provides great service. Thanks Kyle
