I was not impressed with my recent service.1-Two workers show with no markings on their truck.2- Both workers spoke poor English3- They were hired to clean out the dry venton my clothes dryer. When they were finished, we found out that they did not even look into the filter to clean it out.We don't know what else was not done.Does not give one a good feeling. Less

I was skeptical. We’ve always tended to use the smaller, one or two man companies. When one of these small companies ruined my siding and Kurd snout having insurance and bonding, I went for a company with a reputation to defend. I settled on Compton. They’ve done a few jobs for me now and I could not be more pleased. They are prompt. They clean up and left behind mess. They are very courteous and friendly. And THEY REALLY ARE INSURED AMD BONDED. If you think the little guy is cheaper, like I did, he might be. But, when they mess something up they disappear. Like the little guy did after damaging my didn’t. I first dealt with Compton to fix my siding. I’ve used them ever since for anything Compton Services does. I do feel I can trust them. And I don’t trust easily. Less

They won’t be done with a job, or expect payment until you are completely satisfied! He communicated every step of the way by text and email. He was able to Powerwash our driveway and sidewalk within two days of our quote, and his team did an excellent job! I was very impressed after scheduling the pressure cleaning of my house that Dave personally came out an met me and instructed his crew with needed to be done. Working from home I had mentioned that I had an appointment and he remembered from our phone conversation of that and instructed his crew not to be at my office window at that time. The crew was professional and got straight to work. Please note that I would prefer to give 4.5 stars as I always feel there is room for improve ment. We have used Comptons Services several times. Every time we have been very happy with their services! Recently they came out and cleaned our dryer vents. They were prompt, courteous and left the area clean. Before they arrived I received a text telling me they were on their way. Afterwards they provided me with a video showing exactly what was done. After using another company from the Villages to clean the exterior of our house for several years, I wish I would have realized sooner the far better service provided by Compton. From the initial interaction through the completion of each job, Compton was incredible.
