We had some sagging floors and separations at the ceiling after another contractor did renovations on our house, so I was looking for solutions on how to prevent future issues. The Pelagic crew did an amazing job on our foundation repair.While looking over the job they noticed a few things that other contractors missed, and they addressed them as well. Many new pilings and support beams were added to ensure the floors and walls won’t move in the future.They explained the scope of the work, provided a fair quote, and got started within a few days. Very fast and professional. We highly recommend the Pelagic crew, and will be having some additional work done by them in the near future.
