Since we hadn’t experienced the homebuying process before, it was vital to me that we have someone knowledgeable and trustworthy on our team from the start. Elizabeth was there for us every step of the way and was incredibly patient and kind throughout our time with her. She helped filter out properties that weren’t going to be a good fit and kept her eyes out for the ones that had everything we wanted. Once we’d decided on our house she quickly and carefully drafted our offer, handled communications with the seller, and kept us updated every step of the way as each moving part fell into place. We always felt like everything was in good hands and I was very impressed at the quick turnaround time Elizabeth kept for our documents! We were able to do most of the paperwork digitally, which was convenient and felt very safe during covid times. With all the digital work it could have felt very impersonal, but Elizabeth made the extra effort to give it a personal touch. She was there for all our inspections and closing, making sure everything went smoothly.
