Sometimes Angels come into your life in the form of a Realtor. Long story short, the original realtor I worked with to sell my house let me down BIG TIME. Elizabeth stepped in fiercely ready to sell the house. She knew the unfortunate situation and that dealing with the other owner wasn’t going to be easy. But she had no doubts about getting the job done. She was a “bulldog” when she needed to be but even more so she was my coach and encourager. The house was listed on a Tuesday and by Friday evening we had an offer! The previous realtor had the home listed for 60 days with zero bites! This is proof that the using the right realtor is crucial for success. Elizabeth worked so diligently through a very tough closing experience to get the sale on record! And she did just that! Forever thankful I made the switch and wish I had gone with Elizabeth first off but you live and learn! I would highly recommend her to any and everyone!

My wife and I just finished up buying our first house with Elizabeth. We had a wonderful experience and I credit all of it to her. Since we hadn’t experienced the homebuying process before, it was vital to me that we have someone knowledgeable and trustworthy on our team from the start. Elizabeth was there for us every step of the way and was incredibly patient and kind throughout our time with her. She helped filter out properties that weren’t going to be a good fit and kept her eyes out for the ones that had everything we wanted. Once we’d decided on our house she quickly and carefully drafted our offer, handled communications with the seller, and kept us updated every step of the way as each moving part fell into place. We always felt like everything was in good hands and I was very impressed at the quick turnaround time Elizabeth kept for our documents! We were able to do most of the paperwork digitally, which was convenient and felt very safe during covid times. With all the digital work it could have felt very impersonal, but Elizabeth made the extra effort to give it a personal touch. She was there for all our inspections and closing, making sure everything went smoothly. She gave us so many good recommendations for everyone from the home inspector to someone to replace a faulty window.
