Great experience ! Thank you. Although the weather (lots of snow) prevented some aspects of the inspection 🧐 . Brendan was on time, patient with my questions and took his time, the report was also very detailed and helpful. We used Modern Home Inspections as a private contractor to conduct a home inspection for a property we're planning to purchase. The crew had arrived before we did and were already starting in the exterior. They were extremely thorough inside and found things we wouldn't even think of, crawling into every hole they could fit in to discover anything and everything wrong. They happily answered questions, let us observe what was being done, and gave their own opinions on the severity of things found. I'm more than happy we went with Modern Home Inspections, and we feel significantly more comfortable on the property after their extensive report.
