We had several trees removed or pruned, including one extremely tall tree, and Grant Brothers made the process easy from the day of the estimate to the day of service. They were very communicative, friendly, and the crew they sent out the day of was hardworking and efficient. The price was very reasonable for the work performed and we liked the online estimate system that gave a clear breakdown of price for multiple services and allowed us to pick and choose what to move forward with.

I’m giving this company two stars because of the poor communication throughout the process.The salesman, Jonathan, told me they could complete the tree removal and stump grinding the very next day if I chose their service. After waiting two days without receiving a quote, I had to call the office myself to get it sent over. At that point, I was informed they actually couldn’t perform the work until a week later. After I explained that I had a patio project scheduled and needed the work completed beforehand, they were able to move me up on the schedule, which I appreciated.The tree removal crew arrived as scheduled, but the subcontractor responsible for the stump grinding never showed up. I was then told he would come the next business day, but he didn’t. Instead, the stump grinding is not scheduled the following business day which delayed my patio project. I had to re organize my whole other projects.The most frustrating part is that I chose this company specifically because they promised they could complete the work sooner than everyone else. While I will say their pricing was better than most of the other companies I contacted, the lack of communication and poor coordination with their subcontractor outweighed that benefit. This is an area they need to address if they want to provide a better customer experience.

Friendly & efficient to deal with, thorough job, done on time. This just was a single tree removal but I won't hesitate to use them for future needs.

We were so happy with Grant Brothers Tree Service. They took down many trees for us and were priced fairly. They did a meticulous job and cleaned everything up at the end. I will hire them again.

Very pleased with prompt responses, fair pricing and the quality of this work. I needed a large 1/2 broken group of branches to not be perched on my roof but without any prompting or extra $ they did the more thorough arborist work on the old large tree…..making it so much less likely for me to have costly house damage with the next storm or need them back in 6 mos when branches touch parts of the house they shouldn’t (below left to right 2 pics before and 1 after)

Our family first met Jonathan & Stefano at our Fairfax home where they carefully took down a 40’ poplar that was growing quite close to our home. Since then their crews have been back many times to top & trim trees and more recently to our farm.
