I’ve had many massages and been to several day spas. My experience here was amazing. It’s clean and a relaxing atmosphere. Most importantly, Iwona was one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She quickly identified where I hold tension and went to work on those areas. I left feeling relaxed and wanting to schedule another session.

I just had one of the best massages of my life from Iwona. She went above and beyond to take care of me and really tailored the massage to my personal needs. I felt extremely nurtured. You can tell she truly cares about her clients well being in all aspects; her energy is amazing. She is a very wise and skilled massage therapist. I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you! :)

UPDATE AUGUST 2026:As I stated before, it’s difficult to recommend this place highly enough. It’s clean, comfy, cozy, and a perfect place to get away from the rush of the day. Their pricing for memberships is super reasonable for what you get (I did the student membership for a 60 minute treatment monthly). They always offer champagne/mimosa/orange juice, and a few times, they even gave me some yummy chocolate as I walked out! Kylie is my favorite massage therapist for a Swedish (I don’t like a lot of pressure); she genuinely cares about her clients and their happiness. Anna is an awesome esthetician and I trust her with my very sensitive skin. Above all, though, is the customer service. Sandra, the spa manager, is so customer-forward, friendly, kind, and accommodating. I had to pause my membership for financial reasons and without hesitation, she assisted me, and told me that she hopes I come back soon. ZZ is in the business of making people happy and they are doing business the right way, where the customer is always right and they truly care about the experience. Highly, highly, highly recommend.CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Kylie is AMAZING as a therapist and Zina at the front desk (along with Renata) are both so friendly and kind. I couldn’t sign up for a membership fast enough!

I felt good when I walked in , Jenna was very attentive made me feel so welcomed, offered me a drinks, she knows how to makes you feel very comfortable and at ease.I loved that she also gave me a breakdown of packages to become a member. Which I will be considering, Helen the massage therapist was amazing new exactly my pin points. I look foward to coming back to her and referring this relaxing zz spa to others for sure!

if i could give this more than 5 stars I would ! I went with my boyfriend for a couples massage and we had an amazing time ! Sara and Teresa were amazing ! We will be returning very soon!

I do my lazer hair removal and I’m so happy to see the results.I went yo different masters and they all were great.plus mimosas.plus the rest area.the whole experience is a paradise for a busy woman in New York.
