Renting a car hauler from Madison trailer rental was super easy and a good experience from start to finish. The trailer’s are super nice and heavy duty. Prices I found to be very reasonable and pickup and drop off was easy. The owner answered all questions and helped me navigate the online process (fixed my mistakes) and actually answered whenever I called. Will use their trailers again !

Their customer service was outstanding! Easy process, easy to call and/text with questions both before and during the process. I even called before the sun came up on Sunday morning and the call was answered! While I didn't need all the tools included with the trailer rental, it was comforting to have them available. Very happy to have a great functioning and powerful winch for picking the vehicle up, we ended up needing it more than expected. Great equipment and service, I highly recommend.
