I came here because I got rear ended. I was super sore and in pain. Since starting treatment it’s been going very well and noticed a huge change in movement and pain. Everyone there is super caring and makes you feel welcome. They are very accommodating to your schedule and situation as well. No matter how big or small the accident definitely get checked so it doesn’t affect you in the long run.

North Star came to our office to inform us of the services they provide. I have been dealing with back and neck issues for years and from the presentation this sounds like a more effective approach to handle my issues. Before my treatments I would have headaches almost daily and migraines at least once a month. I recently had both knees replaced and during my recovery of those two surgeries I have had an increase in lower back pains. I was not able to walk more than a block without my lower back flaring up.After my assessment, treatment options were explained in way that I could understand and scheduled according to my availability. Now, after just a few treatments, I have gone without my daily headaches and I haven’t had a migraine for 3 weeks. My lower back is getting better. I am up to 4 blocks before I even notice my lower back flaring. I wish I would have found them prior to my knee replacement surgeries, but I am more than grateful to have them now.The staff is amazing. All are so welcoming and supportive. Each time I go in, I walk away feeling better.

I’ve had an outstanding experience at North Star Medical. The combination of trigger point injections, adjustments, neck decompression, and spinal decompression has made a remarkable difference for me. My posture has improved noticeably, and the constant tension I used to feel in my shoulders and neck from sitting at a desk all day has finally eased. I came to North Star Medical after a friend that was treated here invited me to a dinner to learn what treatments were provided. I had chemotherapy in 2008/2009 and the chemo left me with numbness in toes and fingers. My feet after so many yrs of numbness and wearing down my shoes because I couldnt feel what my toes were doing started to give me painful muscles spasms and would be in the middle of the night when sleeping. It happened in both of my feet. When I heard that there was actually help for what ended up to be Neuropathy I of course became interested as I couldnt deal with this pain anymore. I came in the next day, did an xray of my low back and when my xray results came back, everything was explained to me by Dr Letourneau what was happening, and tested certain spots on my feet and legs which I failed. So from then on I started coming twice a week for therapy and treatments added to doing exercises at home. They ordered the necessary equipment for home and use it daily. Everytime I came in after a few times of home therapy and in the clinic, I actually started feeling sensations that I had not had for yrs. I can feel even walking barefoot, when my dogs come in from outside and have mud btwn their feet that when it dries, I can feel the dirt even. I have noticed which shoes I should be wearing because I have feelings in toes if feet were squished or not. And today from noticing if feet were tight in the show, they will hurt. So now I don't wear them. I am doing Maintenance therapy now to keep up with the treatment. I know I willnever be 100% good, but at least I can get back to my German Dance group without my feet getting sore.

I came to North Star Medical after struggling with knee pain for the last five years. I tried different doctors and found no relief. I found North Star on Facebook and decided to give them a try. I saw Dr. LeTourneau and he explained everything thoroughly. They deliver excellent care and I like that they educated me throughout care. After 8 weeks, I can walk 5-6 miles a day with no pain and have noticed improvement with stairs and sitting. The staff are kind and caring, they always greet with a smile. I recommend anyone dealing with any sort of pain to visit North Star Medical!
