All the while, she was compassionate, upbeat, determined, kind-hearted, and professional. Gretchen was our friend before she became our realtor, and we wondered how that would work out, but she rose to the occasion and never blurred the line. In the end, she patiently and carefully helped us sell a house we loved in favor of buying our forever home, and she was always helpful but never pushy, answering difficult questions that we posed to her with aplomb. Peter was wonderful to work with. He and his whole team kept me informed about everything that was happening throughout the sale. He also was very reassuring about the sale of my house since I needed help selling it quickly. He delivered on all of his promises too and house was sold very quickly.
