I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Peter Chiarkas. He is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. All the attributes you want from a professional realtor, he has. And beyond those traits, he understood my situation and what I was looking for from Day 1, offered his opinion on the properties we looked at, and always encouraged me to NOT settle.... that we would find the absolute right place. Peter will always be my go to for purchasing and selling a home. I was looking for the perfect place for my 91 year old mother, who enjoys autonomy to purchase. She lives in NJ and is moving to Pa. We wanted something nearby my home and Peter found the perfect place. His communication was excellent and his response to any questions my mom or I had were answered swiftly!
