Our realtor, Peter Chiarkas, worked with support from his team. We checked out possible real estate agents and picked Peter as having had extensive experiance in our area for a private home/house sale. He also heard us that we had a rather short time line to effect the sale. He knew what needed to be done, and started setting up the needed contractors on day one. Work on the house started as soon as everyone in the family had the opportunity to remove anything that they wanted, and work started. Everything that was not going with the house was removed and delivered, house deep cleaned, walls and ceilings painted, carpets cleaned, inspection accomplished, repairs made as needed. All went well and the house was sold within the time limit that tax laws created. Peter and his team kept us informed as needed, and they reponded to our calls for any information. We are very pleased with the work and results.

We have used Peter twice to help us purchase a house. He was extremely prompt on any questions and answers and helped us through the process gain all the information we needed. There were some repairs we needed to consider with our second house and Peter helped find contacts and get quotes so we could assess what we would like to do. He was very respectful and did a nice job providing information without telling us what we needed to do. We did use his contacts for getting a loan, and that did provide the best option for us after shopping around. All around he was very helpful.

We are so grateful for Peter and his team. This is the 4th property we have bought/sold with them. Peter knew the local ordinances for long and short term rental properties which helped us decide to sell the property. He helped us decide on a listing price and the property, which was unique, sold in just over a month. Peter checked in with us regularly once an offer was made to make sure we didn't have questions and to assure us that all was going forward with the sale. He and his team were so positive throughout the entire process. The last house we bought with Peter was 18 years ago and his experience is evident.
