Not only did he help configure everything, he actually optimized my current InfoWest-provided router so well that I didn’t need the new one I bought. The lady i talked to on the phone when I first signed up, her name was Kinsey, very super nice so helpful and answer all my questions,Bryce the man that installed my service, seem to be in a hurry to get home, I wasn't getting my speed he told me it had to adjust to the wave I just chuckled, I did call back to set up a technician to come back to adjust it, but still waiting on him let's see if he can get close to the speed I was promised.
