Dawson and Wes performed my initial service, and I couldn’t be happier. I was dealing with an ant issue in my home office, and as of this review, it’s been a very long time since I’ve seen one in the room.They were both extremely thorough, and I really felt as if they treated my home as if it were their own. They made various recommendations and pointed out certain things that I never would’ve noticed on my own. I fully plan on recommending Innovative Pest Solutions to any of my friends/family looking for a pest control company.

We share in the kudos for Brenda Black. She has handled our quarterly pest control visits for years and is part of our family, practically. We pick right up on conversations from 3 months ago. Brenda is conscientious about her job. Always arrives on time, does a thorough job, answers our pest questions (sometimes identifying pests for us), and keeps our property pest-free. On the rare occasion ants find their way inside a few weeks after she's been here, we call and Brenda returns for a second spraying; no questions.Corey has been out when we want to have a termite check, and we've been pleased with his work, too.From receptionist answering the phone to others we've dealt with at Innovative Pest Solutions, it's a great team. We highly recommend them.

Brenda is amazing. She has been coming to my house for years. She goes beyond the call of duty. No bugs! She knows my garage code, and I totally trust her. Brenda has been taking care of our home for years! She is always timely, courteous and friendly. We feel so comfortable having her in our home. Brenda takes all the time needed to insure that any needs/concerns are addressed. She even takes an extra couple of minutes to greet our dog. Our pup just LOVES Brenda!!! And so do we.
