We had our "forever home" built a couple of years ago. We decided to use Mr. Bonney, his son, and his crew to install tge septic system for our new home and we are so glad we did. We took his suggestions and went with a larger system than I thought we needed. We also added the extra alarm system. Again, we are very glad we did. First, throughout the installation Mr. Bonney kept in constant communication with us. He put a plan together based upon our house and the layout of our land. They installed the system and it worked beautifully. No leaking or smell like we have had from other septic systems. Now, almost two years later the alarm system started going off. We had some storms with heavy rain so we thought maybe the system was simply flooded. I reset a breaker and a few months later than alarm started going off again, but no visible signs of any problems. We reached out to Mr. Bonney and told him what it was doing. One of the first things he assured us of was "please don't worry, your system is still under warranty. " He and his son came out quickly to assess the situation. Our system was completely full and Mr. Bonney had his suspicions about what the cause might be. Again, he assured us that our system was under warranty. They came back out and had to pump out tge system, replace the pump, and repair some wiring. He kept in contact with us throughout the entire process just like he did during the installation. We are grateful that we followed his suggestions. When the system had problems it did as he designed it to rather than backing up into our house. The alarm system worked. His system worked. And, most importantly, Mr. Bonney and his son took care of us. I can't say enough how much we appreciate their service and we are glad we chose them and their system to protect and service our Forever home. Thank you!

Bill and his team helped me feel so much better about the process of getting a septic tank for our forever home.
