We stopped at a rest stop to find our fifth wheel had broken a shackle to the rear leaf spring. Axle was floating loose. He was prompt, efficient and did the necessary repairs plus more than needed to be sure we had a safe RV. Highly recommend! I might add that Doug saved us time and money as he came on a Sunday and the day before a holiday - we were anticipating a 2 day wait for repairs because of the weekend and holiday. We would not hesitate to use King Repair Service and would recommend them to anyone needing their expertise.

Doug is amazing! He came to look at a leak in our trailer and was able to diagnose the problem quickly, gave us our options that fit our budget, and was able to temporarily remedy the issue until he can get the parts to come do the full repair. Five stars would recommend to anyone with a rv or travel trailer!!

this is the best mobile repair service we have ever received in all of the 7 years we have been on the road with over 100,000 miles from coast to coast. we had a major electrical failure in our 2016 Tuscany Motor coach and we called at 8.30 PM and Doug the owner showed up at 9PM and proceeded to diagnose until 11.30 pm that in itself is amazing called it a night and was back first thing in the morning to continue he was not going to throw in the towel he was going to find it , we had lost power to the inverter, monitor functions, power seats, awnings while our battery bank was slowly draining, 6 hours later from going completely front to back he had found the issues with 12 major ground points on the frame that had severely rusted out from road salt along with two melted wires inside the magnum 3000 inverter housing and a failed power supply line to the onboard monitor systems he proceeded to repair all along with cleaning of the house battery terminals , 7 hours later we had our bus back like it was brand new and the price was far below what we expected THANKYOU so much Doug for the amazing effort and the skill level you showed us , if we ever experience any more issues in the future passing through town you are our # 1 call and we will highly recommend you, TOM + JOANNE TWELLS Airdrie Alberta Canada - BUISNESS OWNERS

Having traveled in 47 of the continental United States in our motorhome, I have met and used several mobile RV techs. I have NEVER met one for whom I felt was more honest, more genuine, more knowledgeable than Doug King. This is a guy who makes absolutely sure that the problem is fixed, and leaves behind a cleaner area than when he arrived. I can only hope I never have to call him again, but if should have trouble on the road ever again, I will call Doug and get his over-the-phone diagnosis to confirm whatever that mobile tech tells me. And, after meeting Doug, I’m sure he will be willing to help, however he can. 5 stars ain’t enough!

Best service ever. Doug got to me in one day and had my furnace up and running. He’s an awesome person easy to talk with and has a wealth of knowledge about RVs. I can’t say enough or thank him enough for everything he did. He even hooked up my co2 that someone had cut the wires too. Doug and his wife are amazing. We just moved & drove down from Anchorage Alaska. We got stranded in wildfires in the Yukon territories in Canada. It was one nightmare after another with our move. Doug and his wife were truly a blessing. They went above and beyond to help our family. They fixed everything and were such a blessing. Thank you thank you thank you !!!!!!!!!!! Our vehicles and trailer are all we have this trip was so expensive and our little girl has a tumor. We moved to get her into Seattle children’s hospital to see a specialist. We used Kings Mobile RV Repair (Doug) to replace our leaking water heater in February. Our water heater began leaking on 2/16/23. Doug rescheduled the repair date twice and arrived significantly late for the appointment on 2/22/23. Frankly, we were happy someone that was going to fix the water heater! The new water heater had a cross threaded anode rod that Doug was going to come back and repair. Doug was a no-show for that even with a reminder call and a subsequent reminder text. Doug asked to be paid at the time of the water heater repair due to the amount of time that the RV warranty company can take to pay out. Doug expressed that it would be a hardship for him. We paid him on the spot. Doug failed to turn the paperwork and pictures in to the warranty company. We contacted the warranty company several times regarding the claim. The warranty company said that they had reached out to Doug multiple times to get the appropriated photos and paperwork. My wife called and texted Doug several times over the months that followed and asked that he complete the necessary paperwork and send in the pictures. On 5/22/23 Doug sent the two pictures that he took to my wife but not to the warranty company. To date, Doug has not completed the paperwork for our warranty. We were forced to address the cross-threaded anode rod ourselves and we were forced to have the point of failure for the water heater diagnosed and photographed in order to send the pictures and diagnosis in to the warranty company. Warranty Forever issued our reimbursement check on 8/17/23 with Doug having been paid (over-paid I might add) for services on 2/22/23. Doug seems to know RVs but can't seem to keep his promises once he's been paid.

Had a problem getting the bedroom slideout to retract while visiting Puyallup. Had contacted several Mobile RV Repair persons over a five day period. Never got a call back. I called King RV Service on Saturday afternoon and Doug responded quickly. He was at our door within ten minutes. He quickly reviewed for possible causes and noted the problem within minutes. Doug told us he did not have the pin needed to make the repair. Let us know he would have to leave for a short time to get the part. Returned quickly and not only replaced a needed pin, but added two additional pins to insure the problem would not reoccur. Doug is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and better than any repair person we have ever used. This includes shop and mobile repair persons. I will always use Doug when I am in the Puyallup area. In fact, I will drive to Puyallup to use Doug rather than the major RV outlets I have used in the past. Doug is a perfect example of the axiom, "He earns his pay by what he knows, not by how many hours he spends making repairs". I truly believe Doug is worth far more than most RV mechanics because of his knowledge and professionalism. If you can get Doug for your RV repairs, do so. You will not regret it. Doug saved me on a Sunday when an RV awning was giving me some static! He was responsive and fast, helped me knock out the awning and get me on my way on a Sunday afternoon during the dinner window - which most service providers would not be available for. I was impressed and highly recommended!
