It has been a great experience to work with Megan. She is very professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Additionally, she shows a lot enthusiasm and is well prepared before our coaching sessions. She has kept me accountable by consistently checking in with me. All the work we have done together, have helped me identify what are my core values and my non-negotiables to assess if my current job search or career aligns with these.
