I called with a coolant leak, Ashley got me in immediately & as soon as I got there it felt like her and her husband were there to help me not get over on me. They fixed my leak for a good price and even had me come back to make sure everything was okay.. there’s another issue I need to fix & Ashley even found the cheapest way for me to get the part to get it fixed. I will continue coming back to them.. support this family business ❤️

I really liked how honest, fast, and friendly everyone was. The pricing felt affordable, the shop was clean, and the service was straightforward. I have had several issues lately with my car and they have gone above and beyond to help diagnose them and fix them and also taking the time to answer all my questions and listen to my concerns. I would definitely recommend University Place Radiator and Auto Service for reliable car maintenance and have already referred a few people I know. Will be back!!!

Top notch customer service. Yet, ultimately I ended up bring my vehicle back multiple times after the window kept breaking. The passenger side window waas jammed shut, and my driver side window kept breaking. They couldn't figure out why, I ended up spending around 2k fixing my window in my Japanese Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3 times and was left with instructions on how to make it not break again instead of a fix. It was one of the main reasons I had to sell the car, and I will not be going back with my 2026 Lucid.

University Place Radiator and Auto Service is an excellent place to take your car/truck to. They are always fast when providing service on your vehicle and do a great job as well. Whether it’s an oil change or a bigger job they are efficient and also friendly. I always drive away confidently knowing that my car is better than when I brought it in. They are awesome and I am confident that there’s no where better or more trustworthy to take my car for any of its needs/issues!

We had a pre-purchase inspection today on a 2018 Prius. The personnel at this shop noticed a strange sound right away and found a disconnected pipe, and that the history on the car had been erased 24 miles ago. All very suspicious. They gave us a clear recommendation against purchasing the vehicle, which was very helpful. We hope to use their services again in the future.

By far the best mechanic I have gone to. Moved here recently and have been going here for the past couple years. They are always efficient, communicative, and clearly want the best for their customers. They will take the time to explain what is wrong with the car and all of the available options. Happy I found them and will continue to go here!

Customer service was asweome in a way that you can't get with the larger chains. I suggest continuing to support this asweome family owned business as on plan on doing.

Ashley and her team are fantastic! I work for a small family owned service & repair company myself so exceptional customer service is very important to me. University Place Auto Service was understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for my needs. Good customer service and quality work seems to be a lost art these days, but not when working with University Place Auto Service. I will certainly recommend my friends, family, and colleagues to University Place Auto Service.
