Our driver, Luis was very determined to get us through LA neighborhoods avoiding LA traffic which he did, navigating a stretch limo through tiny streets (ON TRASH DAY!). We arrived at the Hollywood Bowl in time for a bit of dinner and a splash of beer before the big show!

We use Crown fairly consistently when in LA; for transportation to and from the airport and events where getting ride share is difficult. The cars are in excellent condition. Drivers professional. I consistently use them for transporting my parents (90-ish yo) and their friends when they are in a group and getting in and out of an SUV is difficult. They love Ivan who drives them with patience and kindness. One of my favorite conveniences is the record of previous trips, so they remind me of items to include in reservation (a step stool to make getting into car easier. Parking pass. Extra pick up location. Etc). They keep a cc on file so don't have to deal with paying at time of service. My only request would be to have an ability to book online, especially once you are in their system.

Most certainly the BEST. Always early, always the vehicle I request, no surprises, communication is awesome, ALL drivers have been fantastic, clean new vehicles. I would have given a five star rating had I not had an issue with my booking I booked and I thought I was confirmed, but for some reason, there was no follow-through. I contacted them directly because my flight was late only to find out that my reservation was not confirmed. They quickly confirmed my reservation and from then on there were no problems. They emailed me my confirmation. my driver texted me when I arrived. My driver on my return trip was phenomenal. Dino is the greatest and he just made my trip.

They took us to Medieval Times and back, and our driver Eddie was amazing—so friendly, professional, and a total champ for putting up with us blasting medieval-themed music the whole ride. My story with Crown Limo started two years ago. I booked a limo for my son for his prom, then the friend group changed plans and they needed a limo that fit more kids and by that time, Croen was unfortunately already booked for the larger capacity options. So they placed my $200 deposit on hold and told me I could just use it next time. Perfect! Twi years later, my daughter is now a senior and I contacted Crown and sure enough, they kept their promise and still had my deposit on file to use. We booked their 14 person limo bus. It was beautiful. They calked to confirm the details a few days ahead of the event and that made me even further confident of their reliability. Our driver Cornelius was THE BEST! He was early, patient when the kids decided to leave later than expected, and when they dropped a last minute change of address and added a last stop of the night. He kept the parents up to date when our teens arrived at the prom and the afterparty safely and the kids said he was so nice and great with them! We have already recommended Crown to multiple other families. We’ll only use them going forward. Great service!
