I've used Crown Limousine for over 10 years. Crown is very reliable with efficient scheduling confirmed via email and pick-ups always punctual. Vehicle exteriors and interiors are immaculate. Drivers are well dressed, usually coat and tie, and obey rules of the road to assure passengers of safe transportation.

This is the most attentive and helpful limo service I have ever used. Both drivers handled our bags all the way to hotel lobby check in and then to sidewalk bag check returning to the airport. As seniors, this was highly appreciated. Call them for your ride&

After a friend's recommendation I hired Crown Limousine for a sprinter van to the Rams/Giants Monday night game and the service was impeccable. The booking was quick and easy with up front quotes they stuck to. Ivan, our driver, was the best, checking in hours before to see if there was anything I needed or if I needed him earlier. He took care of us the entire time. I will definitely be using Crown Limousine again in the future.

I used Crown Limo twice in the last two months. Their customer service is top notch, and we had the same driver twice. Daniel is by far one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. He has the perfect personality to work in a customer service capacity. I've used the 14 & 16 passenger sprinter limos. They are very clean & Daniel handles the limo with ease. This will be my go-to when we need any type of limousine services. Thank you to all that handled my services. I appreciate it!!

Our first time using Crown, and it couldn't have been better. Email inquiry communication was fast and efficient with an exact quote. Pick up for LAX was on time. The vehicle was immaculate. Our driver, Brian, was very professional and polished and an excellent focused driver. Took us to LAX on mid day, and everything went perfectly. On our return flight from overseas, our driver, Steve, texted us upon landing at LAX with perfect instructions on how to meet him outside of baggage claim. On time. We didn't have to wait around, and it was crowded at 9:30pm, so that was great. Again, the vehicle was immaculate. Our driver was very friendly and professional and an excellent driver. Both times we were also texted about confirming pick-ups, which put our minds at ease we were on their radar. We will certainly be using them again. I highly recommend them.

I booked Crown as I knew was going to require knowledge and experience getting into the private event at the Lucas Museum and I was correct. Our driver knew instinctively the address the office gave him was wrong, and we stopped and corrected it. His experience got us in on time and without a problem

On time, clean vehicle, honest staff. Left a back pack in vehicle driver was kind enough to drive it back to me that night on his own time..

Our driver, Luis was very determined to get us through LA neighborhoods avoiding LA traffic which he did, navigating a stretch limo through tiny streets (ON TRASH DAY!). We arrived at the Hollywood Bowl in time for a bit of dinner and a splash of beer before the big show!

All was perfect

Thank you Crown Limousine. The driver arrived on time, was very polite and friendly. When it was time to return I called the driver and he arrived immediately. He opened doors for us, took pictures for us. He was a very good driver and the limo was very clean and comfortable. I will use Crown Limousine again.

We use Crown fairly consistently when in LA; for transportation to and from the airport and events where getting ride share is difficult. The cars are in excellent condition. Drivers professional. I consistently use them for transporting my parents (90-ish yo) and their friends when they are in a group and getting in and out of an SUV is difficult. They love Ivan who drives them with patience and kindness. One of my favorite conveniences is the record of previous trips, so they remind me of items to include in reservation (a step stool to make getting into car easier. Parking pass. Extra pick up location. Etc). They keep a cc on file so don't have to deal with paying at time of service. My only request would be to have an ability to book online, especially once you are in their system.
