Chan Ramos MedSpa
After spending $10,000 on renuva, I got basically no results. Ok, fine, perhaps that was not Chan's fault. However, I have my doubts after what happened next. I went in for filler and it was placed too shallow & still shows like mosquito bites on my temples months later. Chan offered to remove it-- at an approximate $2,000 loss to me. That is not acceptable when the provider made a mistake. My other medspa confirmed that it was placed way too shallow for that area. Chan is relatively new to this practice and she should have just acknowledged the filler was not placed correctly and offered me revised filler or a refund. I should add that I have been getting filler for 20 years so I know what it should look like. I also don't like that they charge a credit card fee & don't disclose that until you check out.
