Hands down one of the best martial arts schools in Parker. The striking and self-defense instruction is top-tier, and their kids program looks awesome-you can really see the discipline it builds. Every single class is always a seriously good workout. The coaches do a great job, at walking students through the workouts, in a fun and safe way. I’m looking forward to continuing my martial arts training here.

This is a great place to train, with classes and coaching that are for beginners or experienced kickboxers. Eric provides coaching for adults that is in depth and combines that with intensity that pushes the mind and the body. Maka also does a great job of leading classes and training all levels of experience. And the classes are filled with great people that encourage each other.

Teep City Muay Thai is an awesome gym and easily one of the best places to train in the Parker area. The coaches actually care about helping you improve, whether you’re brand new to Muay Thai or have been training for years. The instruction is excellent, the workouts are challenging, and everyone at the gym makes you feel welcome.What I really like is the atmosphere, it’s a great mix of hard work, discipline, and people who genuinely want to see each other get better. You’ll get pushed, but you’ll also have fun and learn real Muay Thai.If you’re anywhere around Parker, Centennial, or the south metro and are looking for a legit Muay Thai gym, I definitely recommend checking out Teep City. I left my previous gym and came to Coach Eric with my goal to compete and fight. This gym blew away the competition. Only 5 months with this community and Coach Eric, I was able to win my first fight in IKF. Coach Eric and Coach Maka are great people and you are in great hands here

We have been coming to Teep City for two years. My kid loves it, it is his favorite part of the day. The kids classes are awesome and Coach Eric and staff are great with the kids. It is a welcoming environment. The Muay Thai coaching is top notch. The adult classes are great as well. I would recommend this Teep City Muay Thai for any goals you may have for yourself or kid.

We’ve been part of the Teep City family for nearly two years now, and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our children. Our youngest son started training at age 8 and has been attending consistently ever since. About six months ago, our 10-year-old daughter joined as well. Both kids have shown remarkable growth in confidence, physical coordination and strength, and have gained a solid understanding of Muay Thai fundamentals.What stands out most is the approach to teaching and working with different skill leveled students. The environment is positive, disciplined, and genuinely fun. Both children also participate in the optional competition readiness class, and we’ve been impressed with how it builds focus, resilience, and mental toughness alongside the practical use of technical skills.A huge part of their progress is thanks to Coach Eric and Coach Maka. They truly excel with the younger age groups — patient, encouraging, and skilled at meeting each kid where they are while pushing them to improve. We’ve especially enjoyed watching Coach Eric’s own personal and professional growth during our time here. He is a well-rounded, thoughtful leader who sets clear goals and consistently achieves them with passion and integrity. The online bios for both coaches are nice, but they really don’t do them justice — they’re even better in person.Parker area folks looking for a quality Muay Thai program for your kids (or yourself), Teep City is the real deal. We couldn’t be happier with the progress our children have made and the culture they’re growing up in at this gym.Teep City and staff - simply outstanding and I highly recommend!
