I had a sewer line back up into my basement. The crew came out promptly to get the water out, remove everything effected, cut the walls, set up air scrubbers. They came back again to clean and disinfect. The communication with the Ramon and the company was awesome! Ramon who managed the crew was knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions. I knew when they were coming and what they would be doing. They were very respectful to me and to my house. Now that the clean up is nearly done I’m having Total restoration come back do the restoring of my base ment. Great service. I would definitely recommend going with Total Restoration. A++
