I rented a Mercedes A220 in July 2025. It is March 2026 and am still renting every month, the same vehicle. This tells me two things, One, it is affordable. Two, I had their support whenever i have issues. All customer service is sweet and polite and great till you face a real challenge. Unfortunately I did face a real challenge, the payment gateway vendor that facilitates payment messed up my payment. Amount was debited from my bank but Kensignton Car Rental didn't receive it, the payment gateway vendor issue. Atiya the person who takes care of the rental and my queries and Ali (her boss) who has been helpful in following up on the missing payment. That incident created a gratitude moment and i ended up continuing with them. I will continue as long as I could till i buy my own or even ask for buying the car that i am renting. Last but not least, the technician who comes to my place for any issues like oil change or coolant change etc., is Sikhandar who is one of the humble people i have met in this line of business. Kudos to you all.
