Upon the first phone call, talking to Hannah, she made me feel at ease. I was sad and confused and she was very kind. Working with Shannon throughout was incredible. She was very accommodating and warm. You can tell she puts her heart into it. Larry was at the service with us, and he was very organized and even protective with my siblings and me. He refused to allow us to worry. This whole devastating experience was made better by their care and support. I am incredibly thankful we trusted them with our beloved!!!! Highly highly recommend.

Dave Joerger and the Etzweiler team were compassionate at every step and helped me navigate a difficult time. I was able to have the visitation/viewing customized to fit my situation. Every step of the process was explained, and Dave helped me with everything.

We cannot thank enough the entire Etzweiler staff, especially Shannon, for the personal care and attention they gave our family throughout the days following the death of my father. Coordination for an out-of-state service was wonderfully handled and we were very pleased with their attention to every detail and the services they provided.

The memorial for my mom was very well organized and appreciated. The staff that day were very compassionate and empathetic. I am however very upset that they didn't keep some of my mom's ashes that I requested.
