I have been using Kai Handyman Services for at least 5 years. Kai is very friendly and professional. Kai is very detailed oriented, takes pride in his work and makes sure I am happy with the results. Over the years Kai has done a lot of various jobs, from doorbell's, locks, patching up walls, painting, plumbing and he always gets the job done.

Kai is a creative problem-solver with a wide range of skills. He has completed both indoor and outdoor projects, from repairing a gate and fixing downspouts to installing a new garage door opener to plumbing and more. He explains what he is going and why, which I really appreciate.

Excellent attention on detail while having innovative approaches to a problem

Kai has carried out a number of projects for me over the past several years, taking on a wide spectrum of repairs and improvements, and always working to a high standard (regardless of the hour of the day or evening). He is a very skilled carpenter, does good concrete work, and can knock out all kinds of installations that would ordinarily have required a specialized provider. He seems to have "seen it all" and is unfazed by the unexpected. Highly recommended.
