Had Evan come out to fix the water pump on my Challenger and honestly couldn’t be happier. Super responsive, friendly guy, and he actually took the time to explain what was going on instead of just diving in. Did a solid inspection too, not just a quick look. North Texas Mobile Auto Techs is amazing.A loud explosion coming from under the hood of your car just as you arrive home at 6pm does not usually begin an amazing experience. My car was due for inspection and I couldn't get it done due to CEL on and other small things. I reached out to multiple people who were so called mobile mechanics and none responded back to me . Not only did Evan reach out, he also came the next day like he said he would and diagnosed on the fly while here. Ordered the part and came and put it on. No down payment just work and professionalism. After the job was completed he made sure the car was efficient in running afterwards and after the job he reached out to make sure everything was still in good standards. I found my new mechanic for the long term. I truly recommend if you ever need work done on your car to not hesitate and reach out to him.
