I called about a hot water heater leaking water. I was told someone would go check it out "this morning". I called around 9am. I was advised no one had showed up at 3pm so I called. The man said "I was just about to call you". He said they were tied up on another leak. I was polite and said I have to know something soon because my tenant is without water. About an hour I got a voice mail from him asking for pictures of the hot water heater. I was confused so I called back and was told he could diagnose my issue from the pictures. I reiterated that I needed someone to go by the property as my tenant was not happy. I was told they wouldn't be able get a new one today anyway. I asked, "What if I don't need a new one? What if it's a valve issue or something else that can be easily fixed?" I was then told, "You said you just wanted someone to look at it. I'm not even sure we can get someone over there today". I lost it. I asked why that wasn't conveyed to me this morning when I was told someone would be there (THIS MORNING). Just terrible customer service and communication. They shouldn't have told me they could get someone over there in the morning if they couldn't. They also should have called me well before 6 hours later if they ran into troubles so I could get someone else there. Needless to say I called another company and they responded (after 5pm).

Own home in Englewood FL and I got notified by Charlotte Co. Water that I have had water leak since 7 July today is 15th. Why so long? I'm in Ohio visiting family. One call to David Plumbing and David pulled himself from current job and ran over found the problem and shutoff water to house and will be out to repair in a few days! I was freaking out being in Ohio my house was flooded. They called to confirm I'm ok and will take care of this shortly. Yeah!
