And I talked with Fidel and we agreed on 3.5 hrs. But the driver gets mad at me becuz of it and he is still doing his work but just intentionally ignoring me after that. Overall everything is good. The company claimed that it was their policy to verify the purchaser's ID, but they should have done this correctly from the start. It turns out that the person I was dealing with was a broker or something similar, and if Calsan Dumpsters Pro had properly verified their ID, I wouldn’t have been stuck with an additional payment. I ended up having to pay extra just to get the dumpster unloaded so they could remove it from my driveway. This whole situation was frustrating and could have been easily avoided with better communication and verification processes from the company. Based on my experience, I can't recommend their services. Less
