I really have a unique and challenging situation. I also have memory loss and brain damage so I am great fun to deal with! Barb and Cassandra are patient with me, explain things for me and re explain!! It has been such a challenge navigating my insurance and a mistake would be very costly for me. Barb made sure to get me in a plan that covered all my medications and my Drs!!! ( And I take a minimum of 28 pills a day -just for starters!)They return messages immediately and if they don't know the answer they will find it. I also appreciated the follow up with me in the beginning of the year to make sure everything went smoothly. If you are new to Medicare- call Barb. If you have Medicare - CALL BARB. So many things change every year it is not possible to know it all. I truly believe you need a professional and Barb has been doing this close to 30 years. As a transplant and former General Manager I cannot give a higher recommendation. Besides it costs you nothing to talk to her and may really save you a lot!!
