It turned out to be a much bigger job than we had anticipated - many weatherboards replaced, new second storey balcony and they identified and rectified a problem we’d had for many years with water leakage from a balcony on the second storey. Chris, Cathy and the team have recently completed a refurbishment and a lovely extension to our house on the Mornington peninsula.We are very happy with the final result and with the input of the entire team we have been able to maintain the wonderful charm of the house, just as we wanted.As jobs progress there are always changes and better ideas that come along, the team were always happy to contribute and move with any changes.All work was done to a very high standard and the site was kept very clean, organised and we were always fully updated on any issues that arose during the project.Above all they were always very pleasant and easy to deal with and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential customers.

I am a very happy client of Chris & Cathy and their team. They are a pleasure to deal with and their professionalism is reliable, responsible and capable. In 2017 Chris Clark and his apprentice Jake McEwan built my new home at 30 Chenier St Rye. A contemporary house I designed myself that Chris implemented my vision perfectly. He allowed me to be involved in the building process as I laboured on the project. He also listened to what at times I am certain he thought were my hair brained ideas.The end result was a Wonderful home. That is a quality built product. Chris is Master Tradesman and there really isn’t any aspect of the building process he doesn’t have knowledge in. He also has a cohort of supporting trades if required for any job from plumbers to electricians to draftsmen.
