We had our entire home re sided.From start to finish, excellent care, craftsmanship and service. The crew went the extra mile when reinstalling the power awnings over our deck and made custom mounting plates so the awnings were not bolted through the siding. Our favorite was the finish carpentry at the entrance. We originally had wood and asked if it was possible to replicate our entrance in a composite material so we don’t have to paint it every year. Northstar Bailey was more than happy to accommodate our request.The foreman spoke with me daily and either Alex or Bill would call me periodically to make sure we were happy and wanted me to know that they were available if need be.It’s this level of care and detail that sets North Star Bailey apart from the competition.

Working with these people, Bill and Alex, was so easy. They answered every question, and there were many, and put me at ease. I have two big dogs that I needed to think of while they were replacing my windows. The windows came out beautiful. I feel like I have a new home. Highly recommend.

North Star Bailey is an incredible crew of professionals to work with. We moved into a new home last year and needed to replace the windows. The windows are very large and almost floor to ceiling. We replaced the back windows of our house last year and this fall replaced the front. Bill, Alex and the whole crew were very knowledgeable, hard working and have a true passion for what they do. No contractors or crew have yet compared to the level provided by NSB. Alex even helped repair the closets in my sons’ rooms as well as create a new roller piece for our large bifold cabinets. Someone said to me once that having to replace your windows is one of those things that costs so much and yet no one really notices, but that is wrong. The work that was done to my home was stellar. Each time I drive up to my house I can’t believe how beautiful it looks and how lovely the windows are. It has helped to transform my home. These guys were also so mindful of my little kids, that even my 15 month old baby was able to take his naps through the sounds of the work. Don’t hesitate to hire this fantastic crew. They had competitive pricing for replacement windows, slider as well as front and back storm and entry doors.Very professional and personable owner (Bill) and supervisor (Alex). Excellent personalized service, returning phone calls and e-mails very promptly. Very patiently explained the many, many questions I had. Kept me apprised of every step of the work they did. They were always on time for scheduled appointments, even in temperatures that were in the teens! Bill personally resolved an issue of a defective side light and remained involved until it was resolved.I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

Excellent job by North Star Bailey to complete our extensive renovations including as new construction replacement of all 20 original windows in our main colonial home with Harvey Classic vinyl tilt-out windows. The entire frames, sills and interior trim were all redone. Interior trim was all primed, nail holes covered and expertly fit.In addition, we had cedar shingle siding fully replaced on the rear and side of the house. Everlast Composite siding was used to replace former clapboards on the front. All trim was replaced with PVC leaving us with a virtually maintenance free exterior.Bill, Alex and the entire crew of local employees worked efficiently and diligently, completing the job in under 3 weeks. They were on site daily and left things orderly and cleaned up before leaving.We are very happy with both the quality of materials and the workmanship that went into our job and found the detailed quote to be inclusive and fairly priced. NSB came highly recommended from our expert roofer, Steve Vining at Vining and Fletcher and lived up to their reputation.The job was done in Oct 2024 and everything is great, no call backs or follow up needed.

I hate to do this, but I am going to add yet another five star review. No interesting gripes and groans here. From Bill and Bob down to Alex and the boys, everything was great. Friendly and professional. Several 14-17 degree days didn't deter these guys. Snow, rain and all. If you've been considering a facelift on your home, call them and do it. Thanks guys!
