Back porch always leaked huge amounts of rain water on it. Called The Havem Builders to enclose it and make a sunroom out of it. The did a fantastic job and any corrections that needed to be made they we here promptly and fixed them. This job included mounting a ac/heat unit on the brick wall. I am more than pleased with the job they did for us. Highly recommend them and the whole service team.

These guys are awesome. They care about their work and they are very good about communicating with the home owners. I would definitely recommend them, and their prices are very reasonable. We are really going to enjoy our patio, doesn’t even look like it was an addition.
