I am so happy with my brows. Natalie was so welcoming and professional. I haven't had anything like this done before but due to interactive thyroid I have lost nearly a third of my brows and what is left was quite sparse. I had my lips blushed by Natalie yesterday and I can’t recommend her enough. Natalie is so professional, knowledgeable, warm and friendly with amazing attention to detail. From consultation and all the way through she has explained things really well and put me at ease. I’ve hated my lips for a long time, they used to be voluptuous and have a lovely shape but as I’ve aged (and used to be a smoker) the colouring and fine lines were awful, making applying lipstick a chore. It’s only the day after and I have a little swelling but I love my new lips, I can’t stop looking at them. No pain or discomfort just a lovely set of lips xx

Had my brows done today, from start to finish I was made to feel comfortable, talked through everything that she was doing, if something didn’t sit right in her eyes, it was sorted and we’d start again, all the way through the procedure I was asked how I felt or did I need more numbing cream. I’d had my brows done elsewhere previously, they weren’t the shape I expected and still had to pencil them in. I had a consultation with Natalie, she was very honest but told me she would do her best to sort them. Natalie is a perfectionist and amazing in what she does.
