They went above and beyond to work with my chaotic schedule, helped me wrangle my furniture into my garage while I ran around looking for a hiding cat, and proceeded to spend four tireless days scraping the ceiling in every single room, including my 18-foot stairway, to get them to a smooth level five finish that has me feeling like I live in a whole new house. PCRM did a great job with my ceilings. They weren't pushy sales people, they didn't push a lot of extra add ons like other companies did. Communication was great. They were easy to get a hold of. The cleanup after was thorough. I would definitely recommend this company
