They were easy for my Insurance to work with and the staff is phenomenal.Recently, my a/c Went out and I took it to the location on Staples, the work is guaranteed, it was done so quickly, and James and his staff were fantastic. Cc Transformations was totally awesome! I was in an accident and they helped with the entire process. They were extremely helpful from the beginning. From the moment the insurance claim was made til the very end. They helped me get into a rental so that I could leave my car. They stayed in contact with me the entire time. I chose CC transformation even though State farm tried to tell me I had to go with one of their approved collision centers because legally I CAN CHOOSE where my car gets repaired and let me tell you. I dont regret it. My car looks like it was never wrecked. The staff was very respectful, answered when I called and if not returned my call back right away, even after hours. I got to see my car throughout it getting fixed! They were honest about everything. I highly recommend CC Transformations and they will definitely be my go to from now on.
