Andy did an excellent job prepping, listing, and selling my home. One of the things that really stood out is how Andy was able to think through details and prepare the home for the listing and open houses, including making subtle changes to “modernize” the appearance to improve buyer interest while also effectively staging and hosting the open houses. I’d lived in the home for more than 15 years and in that time had personalized it and filled it - Andy was a great partner in planning the move out and sale preparations, including some cosmetic improvements, which resulted in a very strong (and ultimately accepted) offer after the first weekend. Since then I’ve recommended Andy to others given how positive my experience was.

My husband and I have been working on and off with Andy for years now.
