I had $4000 worth of PPF and Ceramic coating work performed on my brand new Porsche Macan GTS. After return trips to address issues with bubbling and delamination, I gave up. Nice folks but the work could have been better.

First, I want to say that the work that they did do was great albeit it took several trips/redos and there are still some bubbles under the PPF they applied. I took in two of my vehicles in 2023. I got interior detailing on both in addition to a PPF and ceramic coating for my newer vehicle with an unlimited warranty on the ceramic coating. Since 2023, I have called their office number and an additional number given to me by the manager several times and left both text messages and voicemails but have never gotten a call back. I was hoping to get regular detailing and also get the ceramic coating reapplied per the warranty, but there hasn't been any communication. I've called about 10-20 times in the past two years. If they did return my calls and I was able to get work done, I'd probably give them a much higher rating.

My mommy mobile was a sad (and sticky!) mess, especially my floor mats. The Ohio winter also did a number on my carpet. My vehicle looks almost brand new and I appreciated the prompt and well communicated service.

I purchased the Exterior Detail and Super Interior package and they did a very thorough job. Car looked like it did the day I purchased it at the dealership. The customer service was very good as well they kept me in the loop of everything that was going on. Definitely recommend them and will use them in the future when my car needs that refresh.

Work was absolutely not what was promised, took two weeks 1st trip in, truck looked terrible when I got it back. Told me then to bring it back in 14 days and he will complete the detail. this did not happen and when I expressed I felt as though he ripped me off he told me to leave or he would call police. I do not recommend! steer clear!

Took my Range Rover Velar to Platinum Auto Detailers on April 22, 2024 to have ceramic coating and ppf on the front of the vehicle. AJ was very friendly and accommodating. The first thing was that it took longer than initially stated, which I understand that things happen. I was pleased with the job but had to bring it back a week later to do the interior detail. When I picked it up my brother saw the car and said, “ I thought they detailed it.” The outside of the car was dusty and the windows weren’t clean. When I mentioned it to AJ he said that that can’t be since he did it himself. Although he offered to come out to look I just told him never mind. He proceeded to give me the warranty info and car care instructions. I went home and read the care instructions. The exterior of the car was beautiful. Fast forward to June of this year and I notice that the ppf on the front bumper is bubbling and separating. I called and texted Aj on a Sunday. He didn’t return my call or answer my text until Wednesday after I texted him again. He said it was the first time he’s seen the text. When I explained to him the problem his response was that that can’t be. I sent pics and he mentioned that the problem was the result of high pressure water getting behind the seal edge of the film. Yes I did use the high pressure washer to clean the vehicle, but nowhere in the car care instructions did I see not to do so. AJ’s solution was to bring the car in and they would access the problem and fix it but wanted to charge me for the cost of the repair, since as he said the warranty would not cover it. I checked with another ppf detailer and they said that the original detailer should make the repair for free. I still have yet to hear from AJ regarding the cost of the repair and quite frankly I’m not sure if I would even entertain the thought of taking my car back. It seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority over profit. (Just my opinion). I am a business owner and if the customer is not satisfied with my product for whatever reason we make it right, even if it’s at cost to us because our name and reputation is involved. What an expensive venture to just be dismissed!

We met with AJ after hours to discuss detail options on our new 300 C. He showed us other vehicles being detailed, and provided his recommendations for our car but never pressured us to make a decision. He was very courteous and patient as he explained the different options available to protect our investment. We were able to get scheduled quickly, and we left our car in his hands on a Friday afternoon. A week later we arrived to pick up our Black Beauty, aka Purr Cat; We were blown away by the work AJ and his team performed. We had full front PPF applied to the bumper, hood, and fenders; PPF applied to the rockers, and rear bumper. 10 year, full Ceramic coating to the entire car, including wheel off treatment that included the calipers. Ceramic tint to all the windows; 50% to the front windows, and sun roof; 20% to the back windows and rear window; clear ceramic applied to the windshield. Ceramic coating applied to the windshield and front windows and mirrors. Lastly, Leather protection to the interior. Brought in my two vehicles for an interior/exterior detail on a bit of a time crunch. AJ was able to fit them in on short notice and his team did a great job on the detail. Jeep had an odor from an ice bag leaking into the seat that I was concerned about and they were able to completely remove the odor. Very pleased with the work done.

Had my 2 cars ceramic coated. Had marks on car that weren't there prior. Was told they were there my 1 car i get the other not so much Cars both get dirty fast and rims were supposed to be taken off of 1 coated looks like just facing was done. Interiors had marks on windows ok detail job but for cost of everything not what I expected wasted money.should've went elsewhere. It rains my car dirtier than it was before. Overpriced can get better price and work elsewhere
