We called KT Plumbing this morning for our commercial property because we had no water. We assumed it was from the winter storm. They came out within an hour, diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue then did a walk through to make sure no pipes or toilets were leaking. The installation did not take more than 30 min, he did not bother to clean up the floor and left. Emailed the company right away with a picture, after a few emails they told me the piece was broken from the factory and I have to deal with Lowes, them the plumber himself called me and said the piece was not broken when he left the house.
