DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I did the dermaplaning facial and the person that did it was very rough even me telling her I have sensitive skin. During the facial I told her I felt the skin very irritated but she continued. I even got a CUT for which now I have a pigmentation, I will need to get treated. I got contacted by the owner and I told her my experience but she never followed up after that. Even before she evaluated my skin she insisted I need it to get facials monthly, they don’t care about their patient only about the money. The set up is not ideal, an open space and people talking by your side when your getting a fácial, poor privacy and not relaxing at all, I really wanted to like them but my visit was so disappointing.

Where do I begin? First I will start with my texts back and forth with Robin…It was a pleasure going back and forth with her she explained everything just way it was done. I would then forget to say something I would text her back and she replied really quick I Thank you Robin for your help. Now to the owner. I got the nicest greeting when I arrived by Dione. Even though she had a customer who was just unbelievable(( She will know who I’m referring to😂)) Dione is very knowledgeable in her work and you can see how passionate she is and how she cares for her clients . I had surgery not long ago unfortunately before I found her she explained to me things that were not done right… I don’t know if I was mad or upset she told me that I’m in good hands and she will fix me up…That really made me feel better inside I told her my Daughter is getting married she said don’t worry you will look beautiful that made me feel better. She took her time on me I didn’t feel like she was rushing with me and what makes you feel even better is she talks to you not at you. And how can I forget this she helped me with checking in I had no idea what I was doing …the funny part I didn’t even know I did it myself all ready but there was still things she took her time and helped me with. I’m so happy I found her… Ladies out there if you need any help on wanting to change anything on your body and you are scared or embarrassed … Please trust me you won’t with Dione. I did a package and I really can’t wait to go back to her and get started for my Daughters wedding.Thank you again for making me feel better and walking out of your place feeling wonderful that you can fix me up 💖Kel.
