Dishonest owner keeping my $900 deposit despite rendering absolutely no services.I went to Neuro Aesthetics for a promotional cavitation and EMS session. After the consultation, the owner recommended a treatment plan of 9 sessions for $1,800. I did not have the full amount available at the time, so I explained that I could leave half as a deposit and pay the remaining balance before my treatments were scheduled to begin the following week. Based on that understanding, I paid $900 and was scheduled to start the following week.Within two days, after doing my own research, I decided the treatment was not the right fit for me and canceled before any treatments were started. I immediately requested a refund of my $900 deposit since no services had been performed and no treatments had been administered.The owner informed me that the deposit was "non-refundable" and suggested that I apply it toward other services. I clearly explained that I was not interested in any other procedures and simply wanted my money returned since no services had been rendered.Since then, I have made numerous phone calls and follow-up attempts. My calls have not been returned, and I have received no resolution. As a result, I have had to pursue disputes and file complaints in an effort to recover my money.In my opinion, keeping a customer's $900 after they cancel before treatment begins and after no services have been provided is dishonest. This experience has left me feeling misled and defrauded.

I recently went to New Ro Aesthetics and I’m actually obsessed. The space is sooo cute, super clean, modern, and just really calming. You feel comfortable right away.I got Botox and EZ Gel and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Elizabeth, the injector, is amazing, you can tell she’s super experienced and really knows her stuff. She explained everything in a way that made me feel totally comfortable and confident, which I really appreciated.Dione, the owner, is the sweetest! She’s warm, personable, and genuinely cares about every client who walks through the door.Everything was super smooth and easy, and I left feeling literally glowing walking out. Thank you guys!!! 💕

The Botox in my forehead is uneven. The "nurse" was not a seasoned professional at all. They up sale you and pretend they don't. I went there for touch up on 4/25/26 which they scheduled and then when I got there, not one but two employees locked themselves out of the salon so my appointment was canceled and they were going to call me to reschedule. It is now Tuesday and I've heard nothing. I wouldn't waste my time or money here. I should have known better than to take a recommendation from social media.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I came in for a promotion advertised as “20 units of Botox for $199,” and only upon arrival was told the product being used was not Botox, but something called “Letybo”I wish that had been clearly disclosed upfront.I went ahead with treatment for my 11 lines, but the results didn’t meet my expectations compared to past Botox or Dysport treatments. There was also no follow-up scheduled, and I was told I’d need to pay extra for a touch-up.I think clearer communication about the product and follow-up policies would make a big difference so clients can make informed decisions.

This was my first experience with New Ro Aesthetics. I must say that they're very professional yet warm and friendly. I was a bit nervous with this being the first time that I have had any type of procedure done to my face.For the past few years I have been insecure about the bags under my eyes They made me feel at ease. They were very informative and told me the exact steps that they would be taking with my beauty treatment and what would work best for my skin.. The treatments I received were painless and efficient. I could see the results right away from the eye rejuvenation. I even got a little botox. New Ro is giving me my confidence back and I will be booking for continuous and new services. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I did the dermaplaning facial and the person that did it was very rough even me telling her I have sensitive skin. During the facial I told her I felt the skin very irritated but she continued. I even got a CUT for which now I have a pigmentation, I will need to get treated. I got contacted by the owner and I told her my experience but she never followed up after that. Even before she evaluated my skin she insisted I need it to get facials monthly, they don’t care about their patient only about the money. The set up is not ideal, an open space and people talking by your side when your getting a fácial, poor privacy and not relaxing at all, I really wanted to like them but my visit was so disappointing.
