FLEX was the 1st Pest Control company I used when I moved to Arkansas in 2020 - I canceled after my first contract expired because -- I no longer had any spiders or any pests - It didn't take long before I realized I needed FLEX because all the pests move back in when not treated - so I signed another contract but of course prices had gone up -- thinking I could get cheaper pest control I started looking -- yes, I did find cheaper, but with that I had to give up everything I got with FLEX - the extra help getting rid of spiders and pests, the personal treatment from all the employees - they will come whenever I call if I have any problem - that is all included in my contract and they come regularly every quarter - I don't have to call to schedule - although it costs a bit more they are local and not corporate so they are willing to go over and beyond to help with $$$ issues you may encounter without a break in service -- that being said, I am back with FLEX to stay!!!!
