UPDATE: Did you know moles are alive and well in our neck of the woods. Flex has a service to eliminate the problem. Flex techs are the best. I recommend highly for all pest control issues 👍👍.We've used Flex for 4 years. They are professional and get the job done and they care about your pets. Most companies will say you can let your pets out in 20 - 30 minutes. Flex says to be safe wait an hour. Great company. Less

Alex & Dalton came and took extra time and care to spray the outside and inside (requested) and were incredibly professional and helpful in explaining preventative measures taken to deter not only pests but rodents as well. They located a couple of holes around the house that they were able to stuff with steel wool and seal to keep mice out. They also brought sticky traps in case we “catch” anything inside so that they can identify later with a photo if needed and come back to spray if any issues that need extra attention. This is the second quarter we’ve used Flex, and so far we’ve been happy with services, and if we had a problem and contacted them, they were happy to help. Greatly appreciated! Less

The two person team did a great job on the service call. They asked if there were any issues they should address at the start of the visit and ended the visit with a summary of findings; in my case they sealed a couple of possible pest access points. We’ve been with Flex for 4 years and have loved their service. They come out periodically as scheduled, never fail to show up, & they also come as many times as we request between scheduled services. Their products work really well also. Our pets have never needed flea and tick treatment due to our yard staying completely free of any bugs (and we live in the woods!!). Cannot recommend Flex more! So far very happy with the service. A very detailed first inspection. Trek did a great job of going over the service provided and making sure we knew where all the traps are. It's nice to know a company stands behind their work with a warranty and can tackle brown recluse spiders where others cannot. Less

I am very pleased with the service we have received from Flex. We had a tough ant problem in our kitchen and they came out several times to make sure it was resolved. They came today for about regular service and the guy was very thorough, making sure we were free from unwanted guests😬 Less

Amanda was amazing, educating me on the bugs making a home from the dirt, and assured me she would destroyed the nest to avoid the flying harmful bugs. In addition, loved that she asked what specific bugs that we are dealing with, because we are growing vegetable we have a lot of flying red and black insects, she made sure everything got treated even underneath our deck to prevent nest from occurring in dark places that these types of insects like to multiple in this type of environment. She also let me know to be aware of seeing more bugs and insects because of the treatment that took place; which is normal to see more of them just for acouple of days. I felt really comfortable speaking to her about our situation, and even my mosquito bites situation, she gave me helpful insight to ease the biting from outside mosquitoes. Beyond and above customer service, very friendly, very attentive to me, the customer which I loved, she is by far excellent at her job, which is very courageous lady helping us to prevent any bug and insects on our leafy natural environment.
