We switched to Flex and noticed an improvement right away. They communicate great and stand behind their work. I’ve referred them to neighbors who have also shared their positive feedback.

The technician was very helpful , he patiently showed my dad and me the areas that mice are coming in to the home and was good at explaining things , he even went above and beyond by taking a snake out of the basement without letting me see it , he was very sweet about it

Flex has been great at taking care of our property over the last four years! They recently helped us with a mole tearing up our yard and that was resolved super quickly. Julian treated our house this quarter and did a great job, as always!

Utilized Flex Pest these last few weeks to help get some mice problems under control and generally manage the pest chaos around our house. Oliver did a ton of work helping to pest proof the house, and Sebastian showed up to give us initial treatments about a week later. Overall very pleased so far with Flex Pest—professional, kind, highly communicative—and look forward to a pest free home as the months go on!
