I discovered Fit Body by chance while scrolling through Instagram. It was an emotional decision at first to reach out and then, after speaking with a manager, to go and try it.A big advantage for me was the location, as well as the variety of class times, especially the availability of very early workouts. I gave it a try and had no doubts that I wanted to commit for 90 days.What really matters to me and what they offer is an initial check of my starting point, including muscle and body fat composition, followed by progress tracking. There’s a great variety of workouts, fun and friendly coaches, and strong attention to proper technique. If a coach sees that you can handle more, they adjust the workout to your level. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a lot of positivity and humor.I’m really glad I found this community, it helps me build a consistent workout routine and strengthen my body.
