Knight Fitness has changed my whole perspective about fitness and exercise! Having the variety of classes, the amazing knowledgeable coaches who genuinely care about your progress, who would give you one-on-one attention, and who would change exercises to suit your personal goals. You would get to workout with amazing supportive members, and the amazing playlist keeps you motivated to smash the session.. All of that have made me look forward to going to the gym everyday! It’s something I want to do, not something I have to do! 😊

I have been to many gyms in Australia and none have been as fantastic as Knight Fitness... The amount of care, encouragement, attention to details, showing the right techniques, ... etc is amazing.. Every Coach knows you by name, and they make sure to check on you, and they demonstrate the correct technique to follow with each exercise, and they make sure to encourage you along the way, and the 6 weeks challenges are just fantastic way to allow you to be more consistent and build your resilience.. Everyone is lovely there and on top of that all, the events that they have, are fantastic and make you feel that you belong to Knight Fitness community..

I can't say enough good things about Knights, the group fitness gym that has completely transformed my life! The moment I walked in, I felt this incredible sense of community. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely supportive, it's like being part of a big fitness family. The coaches at Knights are hands down the most amazing and uplifting I've ever come across. They not only push you to reach your fitness goals but also inspire you to become the best version of yourself. A special shout-out to Hannah, who has been my mentor throughout the 6-week challenge. She's been an absolute game-changer, guiding me through every step of the way and helping me develop healthy lifestyle habits that have had a profound impact on both my physical and mental well-being. In just the past 3 months, my overall happiness and fitness levels have skyrocketed beyond my wildest expectations. Knights is more than just a gym, it's a life-changing experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a supportive and empowering fitness community. Thank you, Knights, for everything! 🌟💪😊

I highly recommend joining Knights Fitness Morayfield! Completed the 6 week challenge with my partner and we came out stronger and more confident. Couldn't of done it without Keri to motivate and encourage us along the way. He's super friendly and always has a firey workout for us to do. It's a good community and is super easy to get along with everyone.

I initially joined Knights Fitness for a six week challenge because I was feeling low on energy and wanted to get back in shape. It was so enjoyable and beneficial that I signed up! I saw fat loss, muscle growth, increased energy and elevated mood. At KF egos are put aside and the trainers have created a really encouraging yet challenging culture there and that trickles down to the gym members who are very supportive of each other. This is a great environment to work on yourself and be the best version of you.
