Excellent service! I called in and had a great conversation. I was sent a quote and then they followed up. I booked an installation date and Joey arrived on time. He even had indoor shoes! We chatted about my new system and then he went to work on the installation. He did a great job and explained everything to me and made sure the App was working on my phone. I have been looking for a security company to install a system in my home. After doing my homework I selected Reddi Security. The company representative was very friendly and knowledgable. When it came time for the installation the same person (Joey) did the installation of the equipment. He did very neat work, took all the time required to explain exactly how everything worked.
