We had a great experience working with Joey. Communication was excellent from the start, and he installed all 8 cameras and the hardware in one day.We had some network issues later on, and Joey stood behind his work. He came back, addressed the issue, and took care of the repair at no additional cost.He values his clients and takes problems seriously.We only wish we had installed the cameras sooner. Our vehicle was hit in our reserved parking stall and the driver took off. If we had these cameras at the time, we likely would have captured the incident and had clear footage to support our insurance claim.Since installing them, the cameras have already captured clear footage of someone breaking into our vehicle, which I've included in the photos below.I would highly recommend Joey, especially if you're looking for someone local in Calgary who communicates well, stands behind his work, and actually takes care of his clients.Running a small business on 17th Ave SW, one of Calgary’s busiest corridors, having a reliable camera system is well worth it. Petty crime is a reality in the area, and having clear footage gives us better protection when incidents happen. My husband and I are very pleased with our choice for CCTV with Reddi Security! Joey is an exceptional and knowledgeable person, very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns/questions we had. The day of our installation went very smoothly, Joey was very attentive in giving a walk through on everything and explaining all the function of the equipment afterward. He even cleaned up after himself, was very clean! We had a unit concern and when we messaged Joey about it, he came the very next day to address the concern for a service under warranty.
