I trained with Esmond for several months, and the results have been game-changing. In just under four months, without any extreme dieting or super-exhausting workouts, I dropped 10kg, built noticeable muscular strength, and went from feeling constantly fatigued and sluggish to having steady, genuine energy both at work and in my free time.I couldn’t manage a single proper push-up on my first day and was genuinely scared of pull-ups. Now I can do push-ups with my feet elevated on a platform, breeze through banded pull-ups, and feel confident I’ll be knocking out unassisted pull-ups soon.In addition to the numbers going up on the weights, I can really feel the difference in my body shape.
