Jason is by far the best trainer I’ve ever had. He’s never missed a day and pushes me to do me best regularly. I’d recommend Jason to anyone who wants a trainers that’s not afraid of making you sore and pushing you hard. He’s also able to accomadate my schedule which at times can be very demanding.

I’ve been to every gym in Tyler and I’m a gym snob. This is the best one in town by a long shot. Great view, natural lighting, very very nice staff, great equipment and they continue to add. All for an unbeatable price. 10/10

If you are looking for a gym that will help you smash your goals in a supportive, accountability-focused environment, this is the one! There is a wide variety of machines and free weights and the gym is clean. There are always trainers and staff there that are willing to answer questions. Plus, the community is just great. I started out not knowing the difference between a dumbbell and a kettle bell and now I feel so much more confident. If you are looking for a personal trainer, Max Martin is legit! He will push you and keep it real while staying encouraging. I started working with Max when I was barely able to lift 10lbs and he always took me seriously. Now, he's pushing me to keep the momentum going and to keep growing in my health journey by setting goals. He will do what it takes to help you succeed! (Plus you might get to see some dance moves). I'm so glad I found B-FIT and I want everyone to experience what I have!

This past Sept I told my husband I wanted to hire a trainer. What I did before 40 stopped working for my health. Now in my early 50s my weight was slowly rising. Now, I knew that being in menopause I’d need to get my hormones stable as that would play a huge part in loosing weight. I was nervous about going back into a gym. I would need a trainer who would not be judgy and actually care about my health. Before I got married I’d been apart of many gyms and saw trainers who watched the in shape ladies while they were supposed to be focused on the person who was paying them to train them. I knew this trainer would need to be the right fit for me. I met with Johnny and to my delight he was professional but kind and very much interested in helping me reach my goals. He was very sincere. I never felt judged. I trained for three months and afterwords felt I could do this on my own which was the goal. I’ve lost 18lbs and have continued on my journey. When I worked out on my own and was still learning how to work the equipment, Sammy, one of the other trainers, was quick to jump in and help! The people who work out there were very friendly and all have the same goal. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone especially to anyone who is a little nervous about being judged by their weight. I finally decided to put me first now that most of my kids are out of the house. Ladies of any age or any size, you can do this!!! Thank you Johnny for helping me start my health journey! Keep up the great work!
