Highly recommend Papaya clinic for antenatal + postpartum pelvic floor care. Jacinta spent time getting to know me and helped me feel confident going into birth, and the postpartum follow up (Telehealth at 2 weeks) was perfect for getting care without having to leave home with a newborn. She was also wonderful around consent and respecting any boundaries with physical examinations, even if you’re someone who is shy or nervous the folks at Papaya would take great care of you.

I have used the Papaya clinic for womens physio in my pregnancy and will continue to use them now my baby has been born. Highly recommend them. I was intimidated to use a womens physio as it seems intrusive but my experience couldn’t have been further than that. The environment is relaxing, my physio treated me with respect and kindness and made me completely comfortable. I feel so reassured to have this support postpartum to support me in my recovery.
