Jenni Williams helped me turn my angst, anger, and frustrations into clarity, calm, and peace. Do I still have issues? Yes, I do. However it’s effects are far less in volume and length. My work is going better as I spoke up for myself with confidence. Speaking up for myself was something I used to only do for others or my team. Somehow thinking that someday, I too would be rewarded for my work. Which is an odd thought since I have years of contrary results. Jenni helped me confidently walk to and be on my own side. So much so that I busted through a common female limiting belief of ‘not making more money than my Daddy’. My Father and my Uncle both retired from Federal Service as a GS-13 (double-whammy of a limiting belief). I was a GS-13 for years, and with coaching from Jenni Williams, I was recently promoted to GS-14 (translation - more money) Things are so much clearer for me now. It’s as if I found the ‘easy button’ to my own passion. I still get angry. Now it just doesn’t have the all-consuming force it had before. Nor does it have the grip of recycling “I’m right, they’re wrong” repeating obsessive drama loops in my head. Without this stunting though tsunami, my choices are clearer. And I can choose to apply, or not apply, actions with a peaceful confidence. Jenni is a thoughtful, kind, professional, and consistent cheerleader in my life.
