Ana’s Cleaning Services started off well, which is why I hired them for bi-weekly cleanings. Unfortunately, the quality declined significantly, and I ultimately had to fire them.There were repeated issues with basic cleaning tasks being overlooked. They did not clean behind rolling carts or in areas where cords were on the floor. The bathtub was left dirty, and the same dirt remained on my bathroom floor under the vanity for three separate cleanings. It was clear that the area underneath the bathroom vanity was never cleaned.After one particularly poor service, the owner sent her mother-in-law to do a re-clean. This created two additional concerns. First, I could not fairly assess the re-clean since it was completed by a different person. Second, she was on the phone talking loudly the entire time while I was working from home and on professional calls, which was disruptive and unprofessional.I am extremely disappointed with how things turned out. I would not recommend this service if you value your time and money.

We have been using Ana’s cleaning service weekly for about 4 months after going through a few cleaners that we had some unfortunate issues with. Ana came in and has exceeded our expectations. She comes in every week with a smile on her face and the cleaning is always perfect. We have a few specific details in our house that we’ve only had to show her once and she remembers to take care of it every time. As someone who has gone through a few different cleaners, Ana is our best so far and we can’t wait to see her every week and have a fresh home at the end of the day!
