What an incredible experience. I was already eating what I thought was healthy, only to find out that I wasn't. Kate made this learning process easy. Kate’s nut butters are so delicious I could just spoon them up and eat the whole jar at once! (I don’t but I could). I’ve had the almond butter and the mixed nut butters and enjoy them both. This was hands on and I love that because I remember and learn so much more when I make things myself, rather than just watching someone.
