Phenomenal experience! I learned of Dr Diaz through a very good friend who spent over a year researching plastic surgeons in Southern California, after consulting with dozens of doctors she scheduled with him.I took her word for it and went into my consult with the expectation that I would ultimately book with him, and I was not disappointed. He understood the vision immediately (despite me bringing in a few photos that conflicted what my goals were) and his suggestion for a game plan made total sense.After our in-depth consult I went into to speak with the patient coordinator who informed me that I’d get a significant discount if I booked that day. I went into the appt with the assumption that I would book with him but that certainly didn’t hurt. Was able to schedule my surgery for about two months after the consult and spent those two months eagerly counting down the days.Surgery day was great. The anesthesiologist didn’t call me the night before as promised, but I did get to speak with her before my procedure and she was fantastic. I may be mistaken but I think she was filling in for their usual anesthesiologist- either way, she was great and made me feel totally at ease.My final result is to die for. Can’t imagine how it could be any better and I would do it all over again with no changes.Only things that weren’t awesome:-I felt like I had to chase the office staff for a consult. I submitted a form online, called, emailed, and texted, and it still took much longer than what I would expect to be normal for me to actually speak to someone who could book my consultation.-When I paid the deposit for my procedure (the day of my consult) I was told I needed to purchase a post-surgery kit. One of the three items in the kit was not necessary for my procedure, so now I have a product I don’t need/won’t use which is wasteful but also, sucks that I spent money on.-Naomi was not the most communicative at times. I think her role is to coordinate with patients who have already booked their procedure and I felt it was difficult to get comprehensive, timely, and thorough responses from her. I am someone who wants as much info as possible and who is super impatient so this was sucky for me.-I didn’t get a phone call or anyone from the office checking in on me post-procedure until 2 days later. I had a previous procedure by another doctor and one of the things that sold me on him was that he gave his patients his cell phone number and opened himself up to be contacted 24/7. I didn’t want to bother anyone post-procedure at this office but I definitely would have appreciated a call at least on day 1 to check on me.The above notes aside, my results are incredible and Dr Diaz and Nurse Cate are definitely the A Team, cannot recommend enough and would definitely go back.

I cannot recommend Dr. John Diaz and his incredible team enough! I had my breast augmentation with him back in October 2025, and as it was my first cosmetic surgery ever, I was naturally a bit nervous. However, the entire experience was nothing short of amazing.I am now officially 3 months post-op and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Diaz in June of 2025 after two years of being indecisive. He was super helpful along the way, always happy to answer any questions I had and even answer the same questions multiple times. His team was then super helpful after I scheduled my surgery with pre-care and post care instructions. I received a call from the anesthesiologist the day before who was going to be there for my surgery. She walked me through the process and was very kind. The actual day of surgery, it felt like I was at a spa. I received melatonin and essential oils before and didn’t even feel the needle go in my arm. I have been to several follow up appointments since then, which I didn’t expect. The team is vigilant to reach out about scheduling and I really appreciate the frequent touch points as I am a very nervous person and the team has been so careful with me. I highly recommend Dr Diaz and his office if you are considering this surgery.
